土豆浓汤菜谱

三人份的土豆浓汤

材料

  • 黄油(大概四五立方厘米,按口味加就好)
  • 洋葱半个切块
  • 培根几片
  • (大)土豆一个切块,提前清水煮到差不多熟
  • 调料:现磨胡椒和盐
  • 牛奶一升

步骤

  1. 锅烧热,把培根煎到脆(培根留在锅里,如果出油多的话可以控一下)。
  2. 加入黄油和洋葱炒香。
  3. 加入一升牛奶搅拌。
  4. 加入小勺盐和现磨胡椒。
  5. 煮开后切小伙慢煮
  6. 要煮很久,等到汤汁变浓稠,土豆差不多化掉就好了(可以用搅拌机打碎土豆)

搭配主食

干面包比较合适,新鲜的切片面包太软。 可以用黄油煎一下切片面包
