烤布丁与薄饼

为什么这两个要放在一起写,那是因为我做烤布丁的时候原料准备多了,于是干脆加了点面粉做pancake,没想到还挺好吃的。

原料:

  • 鸡蛋
  • 牛奶
  • 面粉
  • 黄油

烤布丁:

这个原料比例我还没研究明白,不过随意弄一般都不会有问题。 鸡蛋 3-4个 + 牛奶约 400ml + 白糖,打匀。 盛入容器(最好是陶瓷的),然后进烤箱水浴,180摄氏度烤30-40分钟即可。 (水浴就是指,找个深一点的盘子盛水,然后把布丁容器放进去)

薄饼:

在补丁原料的基础上加入适量的面粉,搅拌至粘稠液体状(不用特别粘稠),然后加入少量黄油打散。 进电饼铛烙一下即可,锅底不需要放油。
